ISO 17025 certificates: The cannabis derived products recommended by 86Avenue Sàrl are sent for analysis to a third party laboratory accredited ISO 17025 for the analysis of cannabinoids. ISO 17025 is the standard par excellence for any measurement and certification required by the most demanding industries,such as the pharma, among others. The cannabinoids are therefore dosed according to the labeling.

SSL protocol: All payment data are protected during transmission. The payment protocol on the 86avenue.ch site uses the SSL standard with enhanced encryption algorithm. SSL reliably encrypts transaction information. In addition, transactions pass through internationally recognized secure payment systems, for instance to Skrill, Stripe, PayPal, among others. For customers in Switzerland, we also offer payment with PostCard/PostFinance.
Payment in Switzerland: Your payments are, without exception, directed to a Swiss bank account, located in Switzerland. Our company is the sole owner of this bank account. The recipient of your payments are thus fully identified and trustworthy.

These products are of impeccable quality and can be used with great confidence.

“Satisfied or refunded”: We offer the “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. A product does not meet your quality requirements? Report it immediately to our customer service so that the product is replaced, or the purchase price corresponding to the defective goods is credited to your customer account, should that be. More detailed information concerning the minimum shelf life of the various products and the maintenance of the cold chain in our general conditions of sale.
